The offices of Prime Healthcare Providers are located in Professional Bldg I on the campus of Memorial Hermann – Memorial City Hospital. This is just across from Memorial City Shopping Center at the intersection of I 10 and Gessner, in West Houston.

From the Katy Freeway (I 10) east or west, exit on Gessner Dr. and go south on Gessner, to the second stop light, Kingsride. Turn right on Kingsride and to reach the parking lot. Drive another 50 yards and turn right at either the first driveway leading to the covered parking or further down to just before Frostwood Dr., to the surface parking on your right.
